Cultural Program
The Cultural Program is a multi-disciplinary performing arts showcase and encompasses three key areas:
- Cultural exchange – rehearsal, cultural exchange, learning, collaborative work, interaction with professional artists under the artistic direction, leadership of an artistic director dedicated to the program, and cultural exchange activities that are open to all participants in all sports, thus increasing the presence of cultural celebration beyond the cultural program;
- Daily Performances – to showcase visiting contingent cultural participants’ acts and collaborative productions developed during the week;
- Gala concerts – participation in cultural galas if appropriate. Gala concerts are normally held on 2 evenings at the end of the week and showcase each act as well as a fusion piece that will be created by the artists during the residency that will feature all the performers together.
